Each piece from Haus of Gilded is carefully packaged, insured, and shipped with the same attention to detail that goes into curating our collections. 

As a small, family-run shop, every order is handled personally and with care.

Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with an insurance claim.

We aren’t responsible for carrier delays or parcels marked “Delivered.”

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours only if they haven’t shipped.
